We are a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded by Brianna Frank and Brandon Frank, dedicated to increasing access to essential footwear by collecting and distributing new and gently used shoes to those in need throughout the DMV area.
Why Does Footwear Access Matter?
Proper footwear affects far more than comfort. For many students and families, access to reliable shoes impacts school attendance, athletic participation, confidence, health, safety, and daily mobility. Lift Every Step was created to help remove this barrier by providing accessible footwear support to DMV communities in need.
